September 22nd, 2007“It seems only a while ago when I took a few simple steps in this fascinating direction. I had little idea that these steps were going to become giant strides just over a couple of years…
Nomadic life and its distinguishing characteristics have always stimulated my work as an artist. By ‘distinguishing’ I mean all the attraction and aesthetic beauty that lies in their simple lifestyle—the lifestyle that every painting and drawing in this exhibition depicts vividly.
Look hard! You’ll find a world of beauty from the silence of simple ‘rilly’ to the roars of the ‘dhool’.”
